Be prepared for you to lose half your money when you return an item due to poor sizing or poor quality. They tack on fees to keep half your money. I prefer stores of quality like Nordstrom, Macy' or Von Maur that don't resort to such tactics to make money on returns....

My order was lost they did not care at all. Apparently your order has to be lost for 20 days before they replace anything. From the managers on down they have a don’t care attitude this stuff was ordered for Christmas. Never again will they receive any of my money!!!

I informed them on my most recent order that this was their last chance to keep me as a customer. I like the products, but when something is back ordered, I do not receive a "card" as they say, an email, or a text. I cancelled my credit card with them over a year ago. After my most recent episode, i asked to be removed from the catalogue and email list. Ridiculous.
